Script creation takes 1 day. Voice over production, mixing, mastering, and editing take 3-4 days. Once the audio is finalized, network activation takes approximately 5 working days.
We require 100% confirmation on the script before starting voice over production. Any changes to the script after the voice over has been recorded will incur additional charges.
We strictly use professional human voice talent for all our ringtones. We support English, Sinhala, and Tamil languages. We do not use AI voices.
We charge a one-time setup fee for production and activation. There is no annual fee from us. However, your telecom provider (SLTMobitel, Dialog, Airtel, Hutch) will charge a monthly fee of Rs. 60.00 + TAX.
Yes, we can provide you with the final audio clip, and you can handle the activation directly with your telecom provider if you prefer.
No, future tone replacements or changes are not free. The same process costs will apply for creating and activating a new ringtone.
