Each package includes call forwarding, voicemail, and basic IVR (auto-attendant). The proposal includes both GSM and Softphone access options to suit your team's needs.
Personal mobile numbers cannot be used directly as hotline numbers. You may select your preferred hotline number from our available list. However, you can forward calls from your existing local number to your new PBX hotline.
Our PBX system allows agents to make and receive calls using their normal GSM mobile phone signals, just like a regular phone. If you prefer a mobile or desktop app, we can configure the Linphone app (VoIP) to enable calls over the internet. Note that a stable internet connection is required for the app.

Softphone (VoIP/App): Incoming calls and agent answers are free. Outgoing calls are billed per minute.

GSM/Mobile Connection: Incoming calls are free for customers. When an agent answers via GSM, the PBX generates an outgoing call to connect the agent, which is billed. Outgoing calls from GSM are also billed per minute.

Monthly billing applies with a minimum 1-month notice required for cancellation. No refunds are provided for services already delivered. For packages with free minutes, excess usage is charged at LKR 2.50 + tax per minute.
Yes, a refundable security deposit of LKR 10,000 is required for SIP trunk activation. This deposit is refunded upon cancellation, provided there are no outstanding payments.
Yes, you can increase the number of users, call recording duration, or concurrent call lines anytime. Additional concurrent lines are available at LKR 2,000 per session. Professional IVR voice recordings can also be added separately.
